This early 70s dress is great for casual parties or simple lounging around!  Lightweight cotton (or cotton blend?) with a great print in neutrals (greens, tan, and browns).  Wide, squared kimono-style sleeves.  Pin-tucking over the over the bodice.  Slightly empire waist.  Straight, lightly gathered skirt.
