For women, size down from regular sizing for the best fit. The cinched waistline and tightening drawstring help if the sizing is slightly too big—cuffed ankles for a jogger-style fit. Each front side has 7" pockets with 6" opening pockets to hold keys, wallets, phones, and hands. The back has one 5.5" wide x 4" tall pocket on the right side.
